Membership Process:

1. Membership application and actual banding on 1-15 april.
   
2. Contact BIGBA secretary in advance before banding period. 
   
3. Specify number of cockerels available for banding. 
   
4. Once you are listed as potential new member, you will be added to the banding tour visits.

Membership Requirements:

1. Two (2x2) ID Photos
   
2. Farm Photos
   
3. PHP 2,000.00 lifetime membership fee

Eligibility for Our Members with Their Banded Male Chickens in BAKBAKAN 11-Stag Derby and BULLANG BULLANG 8-Bullstag Derby.

Banding Rules of original 4 primary feathers on both wings. Typically, Jan 15 hatched is the best to not risk losing any of the last 4 primary wing feathers. January to March hatched are banded according to the 4+4 rule. Banding fee is PHP 1,000.00.

Byron become a BIGBA member when he paid for lifetime membership fee and for banding fee during banding season last April 2011. Thirty two stags were banded for Byron that day.

Byron has no revenue nor assets. But Byron has a lot of time for volunteerism. 

(Anyway, Byron lost all his hackfights since becoming the team manager of their "Hackfighters Sports Team.)

April 2011
Byron voluntarily created fb.com/bicol.bigba which he shared to then BIGBA President Bong Gazmen and to other BIGBA members online. Byron posted news, photos, videos, etc. of BIGBA events and members.

May 2011
Byron and other BIGBA members attended the BIGBA Induction Anniversary. And Byron voluntarily documented the event.

August 2011
Byron joined other BIGBA members to distribute storm relief goods. And Byron voluntarily documented the event.

September-November 2011
Byron failed to field a team at 2011 BAKBAKAN due to molting stags and no funds to buy stags from other breeders. And Byron voluntarily documented the event.

December 2011
During Year End Party, Byron proposed to have a website to achieve the goal of BIGBA for transparency. Byron voluntarily have the website of what is to be the bicol-bigba.com up and running that night.

February 2012
Byron volunteered and accepted to be the official COMELEC during the BIGBA Elections held at Legazpi City. And Byron documented the event. 

April 2012
Byron was the officially paid BIGBA representative on one of the two banding teams assigned in BIcol region. Also Byron was given the tasks of documenting the banding tour with photos. And Byron was happy to volunteer.

May 2012
Byron and other BIGBA members attended the BIGBA Induction Anniversary. And voluntarily documented the event.

September 2012
Byron is one of the three BIGBA representatives at NFGB Derby Software Training. This time Byron spent his own money as he is in Manila that week too. And Byron voluntarily documented the event.

October 2012 - Present

Unidentified and newly created FB account BIGBA Original or fb.com/profile.php?id=100004643796548 (aka Balatan Aces or fb.com/Balatanaces) sent a fb friend request to Byron. BIGBA Original (aka Balatan Aces or fb.com/Balatanaces) has a cover photo with Anti-BYRON in it.

FB account Bigba Bicol or fb.com/bigba.bicol is another unidentified and newly created FB account.

5. Transition Period? Outgoing administration have to mentor Incoming administration.

8. Allowance for officers on Official Business??
9. Team Building? We need a paintball war games with 6 provinces wearing each color with name plate. Or anything that will promote team building where we are looking for camaraderie (outside cockfighting where we are enemies and looking for prestige and money).
10. How to attract non-bicolanos to come to bicol/bigba events? Add prize in bakbakan elims/semis total highest score? Sponsor for prize? Extra pot?
11. Farmer cooperative service? Maybe with negotiated discounted price of 30% on all products? Just like what is offered to retail owners? We as BIGBA becomes one customer when talking with suppliers? Inventory Storage on each town or every other town?. No profit for storage volunteer. Members pay what bigba pays suppliers at 30% discount.
