Byron become a BIGBA member when he paid for lifetime membership fee and for banding fee during banding season last April 2011. Thirty two stags were banded for Byron that day.
Byron has no revenue nor assets. But Byron has a lot of time for volunteerism.

Byron volunteered and accepted to be the official COMELEC during the BIGBA Elections held at Legazpi City. And Byron documented the event.

Byron was the officially paid BIGBA representative on one of the two banding teams assigned in BIcol region. Also Byron was given the tasks of documenting the banding tour with photos. And Byron was happy to volunteer.

- How to attract non-bicolanos to come to bicol/bigba events? Add prize in bakbakan elims/semis total highest score? Sponsor for prize? Extra pot?
- Farmer cooperative service? Maybe with negotiated discounted price of 30% on all products? Just like what is offered to retail owners? We as BIGBA becomes one customer when talking with suppliers? Inventory Storage on each town or every other town?. No profit for storage volunteer. Members pay what bigba pays suppliers at 30% discount.
- Committees for different aspect of the proposals above.??
